Dark Chocolate - highest quality all natural dark chocolate couverture made even darker by blending it with an amazingly deep, rich Extra Brut Dark Cocoa Powder. This cocoa powder is so sublime, it smells like heaven and has the deep, rich color of an old-fashioned Devil's Food Cake. The blend? Chocolate perfection.
Pure Dairy - whole milk from fresh natural sources.
Natural Cane Sugar - all natural cane sugar and gourmet Hawai'ian Turbinado sugar are our go-to sweeteners. (We never use high fructose corn syrup in our chocolates!)
Organic & Natural flavors - some of our faves are organic Californian Lemon & Orange oils, and pure Mexican Vanilla (one of the world's best kept secrets!)
Pure Maple Syrup - we use a special blend of 100% pure maple syrups from Vermont & Canada, extra fragrant and sweet as can be.
World's best java - that would be pure Italian espresso, and of course for the tea lover pure Japanese ceremonial gradeMatcha green tea.
