Chocolate Truffle Experiment
Lately we have been experimenting in the CocoKitchen with new flavors of chocolate fudge truffles and caramel fudge truffles.  We’ve got some chocolate taste-testing going on for one potential new salted caramel dipped in dark chocolate.  Will keep you chocolate fans posted.

Gluten-Free Chocolate; May is Celiac Awareness Month

Cocopotamus Chocolate at Whole Foods Market Santa Fe
Cocopotamus Chocolate will be at Whole Foods Market on Cerrillos in Santa Fe, NM this Saturday, May 4th for a Mother’s Day chocolate sampling.  Come taste our yummy Blimey – a Key lime pie caramel truffles dipped in dark chocolate.  We’ll start from 12:30 and be there will the chocolate lasts!

Oopsy-Daisy!
